Record sales in Godrej Frontier, Gurgaon

Godrej Properties Ltd (GPL), the real estate development arm of the Godrej Group, announced that it has sold over 200 apartments in Godrej Frontier. The company had launched the project on 23rd October. The company will develop approximately 1.05 million square feet on 9 acres of land. Located in Sector 80 of Gurgaon, this is the company’s first residential project in north India, according to a company press release.

Milind Korde, managing director, Godrej Properties, said, “Godrej Frontier is our first residential project in the NCR region and we are happy that its launch has been highly successful. We thank customers for their overwhelming response. These sales translate to over 400,000 sq ft of area.”

Godrej Frontier consists of 3 and 4 BHK apartments ranging from 1,700 to 2,200 sq ft approximately. The project enjoys extensive green and open areas and has the added advantage of facing a 36-meter wide green belt. Godrej Frontier is strategically located within NCR’s growth corridor, has frontage on NH-8 and is close to the industrial township of Manesar, the press release added.

The project has excellent connectivity with Delhi and its satellite towns through NH 8 and it is walking distance from the proposed Metro station. The project site is located approx 20 km from the Indira Gandhi International Airport. There are three 5-star hotels projects underway and two golf courses in the vicinity.

Godrej Properties’ is developing this project under a joint venture development model and its partner is Frontier Home Developers Pvt Ltd, it said.
