Bangalore-based Brigade Group plans to launch a 3 and 4 BHK apartment project — Brigade Exotica — on NH4, 8 kilometres from KR Puram Cable Bridge on Old Madras Road in Bangalore. Exotica will comprise a total of 474 units in two towers, with 237 apartments in each tower.
